Thanks to my years of experience I'm able to manage stress and time pressure situation's. Furthermore I positively lived team work circumstance, in a professional reality in which I had the role of Bar Manager. Respect and humility are key factors for me. By the way, I really consider an armonic environment as a crucial element,beside the fact that overall there should be trust.
