Hello, I'm Elise (Eddi).
A pint-sized Aussie pocket rocket who loves shaking cocktails, acting and generally feeling groovy! I know a fair bit behind the bar but know I always have more to learn. You need a Speedy Gonzales for your venue? I'm your girl!
I've always had a really solid work ethic when it comes to hospitality, I find it really easy to knuckle down and get things done as well as have fun and make customers feel at ease. I've spent the last few years bouncing between Australia and the UK so have met a bunch of different people, worked in many different venues and have brought my best self to each. I've got a strong history working in both hospitality and liquor retail, have kept my passion for spirits and trying new things alive and enjoyed assisting customers find new things to try. I'm currently based in Melbourne. Hope to hear from you :D
