Hilton,(started when I was 18yrs old, I started as a waiter during the first 6 months, after that promoted as head waiter) Crowne plaza, (brand transfer from Hilton, I was at the same property and supported the whole bar as one departament and restaurant, totally efficient and enjoying Everything) Four Seasons Hampshire, (was my next challenge, I was 19 to 20 yrs old, first time at a 5* luxury property in a prestigious place. As a bar waiter I opened a new “library” “afternoon tea room” with a capacity of 37 pax, services of 50 pax. All my cudtomers very satisfied and very good reviews. Also proud of visit from Mozzo (coffee brand) and congrats for our coffee service/production results! Uniworld, the prestigious river boutique cruise line, my current place where I continued working for a 5*luxury brand, travelling all around Europe and taking the excellence to every diner service During my holidays, I have passed succesfull my EBS Bartender course in Madrid, after that, F&B supervisor but focus mainly at the bar and assisting the restaurant team
