In my bar management roles, I have led teams and managed cocktail menu development, stock control, gross profit, rotas, ordering, till and menu updates, and budgets. I have also supported recruitment, staff training, service standards, and operational systems. I am also trained in fine-dining table service and confident supporting front-of-house operations when required. My specialist strength is Japanese beverage culture. At ROKA’s Shochu Lounge, I developed extensive knowledge of Japanese ingredients, shochu, awamori, Japanese whisky, and ice craft. I have also organised and delivered a wide range of international events and guest shifts in collaboration with leading bars. My responsibilities included coordinating cocktail menus and promotional materials with marketing teams, managing partnerships with beverage brands, and liaising with bartenders, event organisers, and industry organisations such as The World’s 50 Best Bars and Bar Convent Berlin (BCB) and Drink Japan Festival.
