Friendly and always happy bartender from France, It would always be a pleasure to me to go to work. Real Rum, Whisky and wine lover, I'm very attracted by Cocktails creation.
I have always been very curious and eager to learn. That's why all my experiences have taught me something. I started in a Parisian brasserie, as a multi-skilled waiter/bartender. This taught me to work fast, and to be efficient. Then, after the EBS, I worked at the W hotel in Barcelona. This taught me to work more cleanly, and for more quality. Then I went back to Paris, to become a Chef Barman. This gave me the opportunity to make my cocktail menu and manage a team. I even worked in a bar more "night" and more festive, the Central Park in Paris. And there you have to stay calm and alert, despite the crowd and the sound of the music. All these experiences have allowed me to become a complete bartender.
