All my working experiences were in the hospitality & gastronomic industry. I’ve had experiences in different hotels and guest houses in Germany, Switzerland & South Africa which helped me understand how to work with different kinds of guests. They are the clients paying for an experience & I want them to enjoy it to the fullest. In Germany I work in 2 Restaurants as a part timer. In one as a waiter & in the other behind the bar. Here I’ve learned how to handle pressure and still maintain quality, precision and speed. At peak hours it can get tough but through experience, I’ve learnt to keep a cool head and work in a accurate & effective way. I love to travel and discover new cultures and I know the bartender industry enable that for me. I’m eager to grow in knowledge and experience in cocktail bars and if allowed to incorporate home made products to add twists to different cocktails!
