From cooking at a street food stand to working with sales in interior decorating and even as a truck operator, I'm now looking for even more experiences to add to my arsenal. I was mostly an assistant at the food stand, but the value I got from that is managing lots of orders and people at the same time. In other words, handling fast pace and stress which is a transferable skill to the bartender world.
