I have 7 years’ experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment in the Information Technology and Services industry. During my tenure, I have held various roles like Team Lead, Module Lead, Team member and Trainee. This has culminated into giving me an experience of juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, always keeping in mind the set deadlines. I am well versed with the professional code of conduct when interacting with cross-cultural customers and teams. I am very enthusiastic and a customer-centric, result driven individual. I am a team player and a quick learner. I am proactive and possess strong problem-solving capabilities. I have the ability to take initiative and always strive to learn more. My previous role as the Team Lead taught me work-prioritization, planning and adaptability in day-to-day changing situations.
