I care most of all about the costumer, and how he is feeling at the bar. The bar should be a place where you can have a drink and a conversation whit friends and of course, with the barman. During my first experiences i have learned to work fast and under pressure, making a lot of cocktails in a short time. During my latest experiences, i have learned how to work more precise, using molecular techniques.
