In the past 7 years, I got to work as a waiter, bartender, cook, manager, director and also dishwasher in different countries, cultures, concepts and languages. But I also had other jobs that gave me a lot of self confidence, autonomy, and forced me to make quick decisions. I like to think that all these jobs are related and I use all the skills i have acquired in my current position as a bar manager.
