I have been working for years as bartender in my family's restaurant/bar on the Orta Lake in Italy, I also had an experience in UK in a Casino always as bartender. The last experience I have is in a famous cocktail bar in Treviso near Venice where I worked for two years and where they taught me a lot of notions about the cocktail world
