Hello, I'm Alexandra.

After four weeks at EBS I fell in love with the people, the atmosphere and the over all experience of being behind the bar. I'm very adaptive and eager to learn new things. Can't wait for a opportunity to develop my bartending skills.

I have always enjoyed challenges. Regardless if it was to flip to the next page in my maths book or have been given a new task at work. Challenges as traveling to Malta alone for three weeks taking a language course, has provided me with new experiences and have helped me to develop my personality. As a child I was quite shy but over the years I have forced myself into situations where I initially wouldn’t have been comfortable and that has helped me to develop my social skills. Working and studying at the same time has taught me to be efficient and effective and having good people around you to help out is never a bad thing. I learnt to ask for help and that it’s only another opportunity to learn more. I have also learnt to dare to go my own way and not only listen to the people around telling me what to do. Being able to make my own decisions and choose for myself has made me more exited about trying new things and more confident in doing them, taking the course is my best example. Instead of staying at home going to a regular job I decided to do something completely different and got very happy with my decision. I hope that working in a bar with people who love what I have come to love in such a short period of time will teach me so much more about bartending and help me develop as a person. I also hope that bringing my ideas will help others to develop as well. I truly look forward to be a part of your team.
