Hello, I'm Filippa.
Service-oriented Bartender and Waitress from Sweden, currently located in Australia. With a positive outlook on life and a passion to give good service, now looking for a new position in the hospitality industry in Brisbane, Australia.
Working as a bartender and waitress around the world since 2019. I have always enjoyed working in service jobs, it brightens my day when I get to put a smile on my guests faces, as well as my colleagues. I would say that I am creative, service oriented, clean and organized when working. I am very friendly and interested in getting to know new people and cultures. Since 2021 I have been traveling in Europe, South- and Central America and now Australia. I have experience in working in different restaurants and bars in different countries. I have worked as a Bar manager, Bartender and Section waitress. I have knowledge in how to make classic cocktails and I love to invent my own as well. I can hold a section as a waitress, carry three plates and I have worked in a la carte- and tapas restaurants. I have attended a Barista course in Perth and I have a bit of experience making coffee with an espresso machine, however this is a skill that I would like to improve. With all my experience I now feel comfortable and flexible in any Front of House role.
