For the past 4 years I have been employed at Be At One.

Shift Leader /Assistant Manager at Be at One, London (2021-10 - Current) At the same time as my position of Trainer Coordinator I was also shift leader and assistant manager: - In charge of the venue during full shifts (Managing guest, entrance, team, music, atmosphere) - In charge of the different orders needed to make sure that the bar dispose of all the stock Trainer Coordinator, Be at One, London, (2019-02 - Current) I began as a trainee and over the years have progressed as Bartender to becoming Trainer Coordinator. This position train me and give me the responsibilities to train new employees to the high standards of Be at One, to make sure that the standards are respected and being in charge of everything happening behind the bar during the shifts. I have learnt a variety of practical and transferable skills within this role, including: - Making complex and various cocktails to a high standard - Being in charge of closing and opening of the bar - Creating an enjoyable customer environment - Memorizing cocktail recipes to recreate during peak hours as well as time management - Training new employees - Making sure that standards are respected - Developing training topics for the company to provide a better training overall
