Hello, I'm Benjamin.
I have tried selling cars, insurance, marketing,...but the only thing I can sell, is alcohol. I could not sell an iPhone to a hipster, but give me alcohol, and I will give everyone a good time.
I have worked in numerous different service establishments, ranging from bars, restaurants, hotels, various events. I am capable of working in any position in service, whether it be behind the bar or working the tables. My mentality is, that we are here for the guests, meaning we need to make sure, that the guests needs and expecations are allways met and the most important part, to make the guest feel more cozy than in the couch of his own house. My other big focus factor is cleanliness. I strive to maintain a clean bar and work place at all times, since they are in a way, the mirror of the bartender and a bartender should allways be represented in the best possible way, for he is "the arisocrat of the working class" (from the movie: Cocktail).
