

Hello, I'm Ilir.
Serving cocktails for me doesn't just mean giving a drink, as alcohol itself exceeds the thirst instinct; it means instead making available my passion and art to a customer to try and satisfy a pleasure.
I have been fascinated by the bartending world since I was 17, when I started this job to support myself during the studies; later it became my passion and the sector in which I would have liked to start a career. First of all, I love this job because it allows me to study and discover new aspects about different kinds of spirits, their combinations, their origin and, of course, their elaboration; but also bacause I love being in touch with those people whom I consider my guests and not simply customers, and a proof it’s that In my four years of work I have made friendships with clients from all over the world. In the last two years I worked as a bartender in a hotel where I increased my knowledge not only to cocktails, but also in the coffee world; I had the task of managing stocks and talking with suppliers; guaranteeing professionalism, seriousness and organization.
