Hello, I'm James.
London based bartender, 18 years old and recently completed and passed a 4 week, 100 hour course at the European Bartender School in Barcelona. I love to make conversation and make fabulous cocktails. I'm efficient and hard working.
I recently left school and I'm now taking a gap year before Uni in Sept 2019. I completed The World Challenge in Peru in 2017 and have loved South America and its languages and culture ever since. Inspired by the tequila and cachaça based cocktails of the Americas, I wanted to delve further and explore bar tending work. The EBS International course has enabled me to make those dreams a reality. Learning to make 80 cocktails from memory has been a challenge but mastering them has been so rewarding, I just want to make them for customers as my parents can only drink so much!
