Hello, I'm Blaize.

An expert in people skills and communication. A knowledge of stock control, management/training of new staff and an ability to effectively coordinate roles of employees during a shift i.e. the closing of the bar.

Completing the EBS Bartending international course supplied me with a variety of skill sets, that are not only extremely important behind the bar, but also in communicating with different customers. I learnt this through the extreme variation of different characters from all over the world that I met on the course resulting in me making some great friends and adding some great characters into my life. I have also played rugby to an extremely high level which was exemplified by a Man of the Match award in the national cup final and 10 starts for Harlequins U18 team. This has allowed me to learn skills such as teamwork, compromise and how to achieve the best possible result out of a series of different decisions. At Tonbridge School I was also heavily involved the mentoring program, in which younger students with learning disabilities were helped by their older peers so that they can have a more rounded Tonbridge experience. This was extremely difficult as I had to teach myself how to diagnose different personalities and understand how to improve each individuals character and work ethic. This caused a tremendous boost in my social skills and has allowed my to transfer this into the work environment.
