Curioso e inconformista, empecé a entender que en el detalle estaba la diferencia, comencé a enamorarme de mi trabajo al descubrir que la elegancia y la precisión en la elaboración de cócteles elevaba a un nuevo nivel mi concepto de la hostelería. Mi punto más fuerte es y ha sido la perseverancia, la pasión por lo que hago y mi constante espíritu de lucha, que me llevaron a formarme en la European Bartender School para adquirir una base sólida sobre la que desarrollar mi gran pasión: la coctelería. Curious and non-conformist, I began to understand that in the difference was the difference, I began to fall in love with my work to discover that the elegance and precision in the preparation of cocktails raised to a new level my concept of hospitality.
