Never thought how my life will change when I first hit the button for my aplication to the bartending school. And yet, what a journey it all is indeed! From cleaning the glasses to serving a royal family under several strict protocols. Learning the cocktail culture from talented Slovak bartenders and maintaining two bar departments far in the desert. Seeing Norwegians getting "socially tired" under the sun faster than a young group of Eastern Europians on a friday night all for 17th of May! A profesion enriched with stories to be remebered!
