I love to experiment with different cocktails with my mates at home - tweaking classic recipies with fresh fruit and syrups as well as infusing spirits like truffle vodka for example. I've also visited several distilleries, vineyards and breweries giving me a solid knowledge of all drinks and their classifications and flavour profiles.
