

Hello, I'm Matthew.
Very confident cocktail bartender from Australia with experience in creating new recipes. Have worked in a couple cocktail bars and want to broaden my horizons by travelling and working in the UK.
I completed European Bartender School in 2018, and it is safe to say that it was the most fun I have ever had in a learning environment. So far I have worked in 3 very different bars over the course of 2 and a half years and have learned alot about bartending, mainly through the different people I have met along the way. I strive to ensure that every drink I make is made correctly and to a high standard, and I always treat my customers with respect and do my best to give them the drink they really want. I have also created a few of my own recipies which I have gained alot of positive feedback for and have had the privilege of putting most of them on the drinks menus at the bars I have worked at.
