I have worked in the service and bar industry since 2017 and continue to be passionate about it. Being able to meet a guest’s or customer’s needs—by providing exactly what they want and require—is a major source of motivation for me. Making people happy makes me happy. I have worked as a bartender in both a cocktail bar and an English pub. Working in the cocktail bar sparked my interest in experimenting with my own cocktails, which I later brought to the English pub, where I collaborated with a colleague to create a cocktail menu. My role at the English pub gave me extensive and detailed knowledge of different beers and beer styles, and I was later promoted to Bar Manager. In this role, I gained valuable experience in staff scheduling, ordering, and overall bar operations.
