Hello I'm Veronica, I am 31 years old from Italy on 457 working visa. I love to learn as much and as fast as I can and I like to work under pressure while smiling and motivate my colleagues supporting and helping them.
I started to work in hospitality when I was 18 in bars and restaurants as a waitress. Few season after I became a manager and I used to run a restaurant in Italy of 80 seats on the beach in my home town with 5 waiters to lead and manage. In Australia I started my experience in events and a year later I became a Supervisor. I feel comfortable to run smoothly different types of events. After few years in the functions world I decided to go back to a la cart restaurant. I’m currently working at Billy Kwong restaurant as waitress and bartender. Thank to them I, in fact, discovered my passion to make cocktails and I decided to get more knowledge about the bartending world achieving an international certificate by attending the EBS. I like to challenge myself and achieves different goals such as be a professional bartender first , be a bar manager after and why not run my own cocktail bar in the future. I'm an hard worker, passionate, highly motivated and I love the hospitality job.
