Hello, I'm Mathilde.
I`m a 22 year old girl from Norway, and have been working as a bartender for three years. My big passion is mixing cocktails, and i love finding peoples new favorite drink. I always come to work with a big smile and a positive attitude!
I started my bartender expirience at Olearys Sportsbar at Tromsø airport, where we mostly sold beer and wine. I was really fascinated about the different spirits we had, and wanted to learn more about how to use them to make cocktails. Therefore i booked my bartender course in Miami, to learn more. After the course i landed a job at a high end hotel back in my hometown. There i got to use my new eduction, aswell as learn a lot of new things. At the hotel we both have big events where we serve hundreds of people in one night, and you learn to work under high stress-levels. Other days are slower, and you can really take your time to make each custoumer feel special and taken care of. The most important thing i have learned is what good service is, and how you always want to do the little extra for the costumer.
