Hospitality professional with experience in bar service, food & beverage and events. Hands-on, reliable and calm under pressure, with a strong team mindset and a genuine enjoyment of working behind the bar.
I started my hospitality career with a solid foundation in the kitchen, completing my apprenticeship as a qualified chef (EFZ) in Switzerland. This taught me discipline, organisation and how to perform under pressure while working closely with a team in demanding, high-paced environments. After my culinary training, I expanded my skill set by completing the International Bartender Course at the European Bartender School (EBS) in Barcelona. There, I built a strong foundation in classic bar techniques, cocktail fundamentals, spirits knowledge and bar workflows — skills I continue to apply behind the bar today. I then gained hands-on experience across à la carte service, banquets, events and bar operations. Working in busy service settings strengthened my sense for timing, guest interaction and consistency, while also teaching me how to stay calm, focused and professional during peak service hours. To broaden my professional perspective beyond operations, I completed a Diploma in Hospitality and Business Management at the Swiss Hotel Management School (SHL) in Lucerne. This allowed me to combine practical experience with a structured understanding of food & beverage operations, event management and hospitality business fundamentals. Today, I enjoy hands-on work behind the bar, being part of strong, motivated teams and contributing with a reliable, down-to-earth mindset. I’m keen to continue growing by working in different hospitality concepts and cultures, learning from experienced professionals and delivering quality service every shift.
