I am a highly motivated person , i strive under pressure in a bar environment. I make sure to keep consistency and perfection in every drink made and always maintain a great guest experience. I have honed a lot of skills since attending the European Bartender school, Ive gone on to design cocktail menus for a 5 start hotel based in Manchester the Edwardian hotels group. ive also helped to assist in the launching of two award winning restaurants for the company and have loved every minute of my time there.
