Energetic bartender from France, always on the lookout for new rum cocktails to learn.
Being a basketball player for many years, as well as construction working enabled me to learn how to fit into a team. Working in a London Cocktail Club during my EBS formation really helped me understand how important it was to be able to cooperate with the staff in a bar, and I'm glad the nights were great. I'm looking forward to new encounters, new experiences in the great universe of bartending.
