

Hello, I'm Jack.
Hands on attitude with a constant desire to learn and develop as a bartender. I am constantly attempting to create new cocktails as i pair them with homemade syrups.
Having in worked in a variety of Bars over the last 3 years, i have gained wealth of knowledge of how small and intimate to large and fast paced environments function. My experience will allow me to tackle my next opportunity with the correct work ethic and attitude, and will allow to quickly assimilate myself. My more recent experiences, alongside my studies at the European Bartending School of London, have exposed me to the Cocktail World. Having consistently researched new cocktails, i am ensuring my knowledge of cocktails is improving and kept up to date. Joining a new organisation i will bring my aforementioned learnings, as well as having the desire to improve further from the team that i join. Working as a Supervisor has exposed me to a side in restoration that i have seldom seen; organising stock takes, as well as tackling ways in which we can improve the bars turnover and profits. The approach i now take towards the bar is far more financial, of which has definitely been benefited by my degree in Accounting & Finance. My experience, working and in education have transferred from organisation to organisation, i believe i have a lot more to learn and now seek a new challenge, in order to improve and to excel in this industry.
