A smily french head waiter wants to discover the world of bartenders. I used to travel the world and i still can do specially if i can work. Hyperactive and resistant to stress, i accept any challenge !
Excellent and personnal customer service : I used to be very polite and nice with customers in place like "Le Nemrod" in Paris and with this attitude i was able to give them best advices according to products and then they became faithful to the restaurant and i know is really important as a waiter or barman to do that. Excellent memory, able to take many orders and organise them : since i'm a kid i used to have the thing to remember everything as a reflex and now i'm glad this gift is really important in my work, in place like "Café Montparnasse" still in Paris, i used to take orders from big group (10 to 20) and i was able to take from my head, drinks and food orders thanks to my organisation and focus to listen people and bring them the best service i can. Able to use trays and hand plate service : "a real head waiter can't take off the tray from his hand" that what you hear in most of parisians restaurants, i made my knowledge with this rule and i know it is the best service and fastest i can do, now i wanna keep the same optimism to face a new challenge : become the best bartender and find the best places to learn me how !
