Hello, I'm Matej.
Until now I have quite a lot of experiences behind the bar from many different countries, but I have always worked in restaurant, which was mostly about preparing coffee and simple drinks. I would like to work in a busy bar, where I will be working all night and where I could learn a lot from people with more experience. Bartending is my passion for more than 5 years, but I want to get it on to next level (that's why I attended the EBS). I love learning new things every day, so I hope I will find a perfect place for me where I can grow as bartender.
