Hello, I'm Michele.
I'm an Italian 25 years old very passionate bartender. After two years in the business, it's time for me to make a step forward in bartending, trying to increase my knowledge giving my best in a new venue.
Since I left my previous job, due to my passion I've joined the Ebs 4 weeks course and then I've moved my first steps in hospitality, starting from the bottom in a busy restaurant in Auckland as a barback. After few months with bartender mansions, I've been hired from another restaurant, where later I've achieved the bar manager role. Coming back in my country I started working in a small venue, running the business with the owner.
