I like to please clients and have the love of a job well done. I know well the recipees of classical cocktails but I also try to innovate by creating my own recipees (succesfully or not). I like to work in a friendly atmosphere. It is nice to offer a relaxing time to those who feel like taking a break on their own. My experience as a bartender is recent.
