I am a friendly, curious and creative bartender,I always try to deepen the world of spirits. . I love to entertain the customer with anecdotes about the history of cocktails or spirits. Rums are my passion.
I am 35 years old, and I have been working in restaurants/bar/hotels since I was 15. I studied in a School of Hotel Management, and although I was attracted to the bartender world could not find satisfying jobs. Then something changed, my creativity was frustrated by the world of restaurants ,so I decided to take my life in hand, and start from an Ebs course. And the more I went on, the more I loved what I was doing. So I decided: this must be my life.
