Hello, I'm Tiziano.
I am a dynamic, passionate, creative and experimental bartender, I like to combine different spirits and age them in small barrels to give them a unique flavor for my customers, I am a Mojito and Daiquiri lover.
I started my experience in bartendig in a cigar lounge in the heart of Zurich, currently I work here as a bar chef, this is one of those jobs that are done with passion and a lot of heart, I started as a novice and after the course I did in Milan with EBS my qualities have improved to the point of motivating me by taking other courses to be able to formalize myself at an advanced level, i am very happy to work here in Zurich but the beauty of this profession is being able to travel and learn for a unique experience. Currently with my work in this lounge I have been able to taste more than 600 rums and combine my cocktails with cigars. I would be happy to share this experience in other places ensuring an excellent team working and professionalism.
