Kind of a workoholik, because it's always better to do something then doing nothing. I love a good atmosphere and respect at my workplace, because only then you can truly love your job.
My workethic is : If you think you can party at night, you can also work next day morning. Till now I worked in a restaurant and several campsites at the bar. Though most of the time I was a Snowboard - and skiinstructor in winter. I know how to talk to people and manage my stress level with a smile on my face at all times. I don't like to find mistakes in others actions but always like to improve and try to never make the same fault twice.
I think a good cooperation between chef and worker is key. If the chef is ordering a defined standart, the worker must try his all to keep that.
