I am a young and enthusiastic bartender with a passion for the craft. I also have a good taste for recipes and am effective at creating unique and tasty cocktail recipes. I am from Switzerland, England and Taiwan and was raised in Hong Kong
I am an enthusiastic, hospitable and hard working individual with around a year of experience behind a bar. I have worked in Hong Kong, Spain and Greece. I am willing to put in hard hours and live to make sure that customers have a great experience at the bar. I feel I have learnt the most from my time working at European Bartender School Kos as a bartender. I got to put in hours practicing making over 70 classic cocktails under pressure. More skills I have developed working in Greece would include: Handling customers and making sure people have an enjoyable yet safe experience, Bar cleanliness and hygiene and quality assurance in the drinks I make. While working in Spain as well I learnt to work and take orders under heavy pressure as I worked in a student bar where we would have hundreds of customers in the bar at the same time. Being in this environment has allowed me to control my nerves effectively under pressure.
