I have lived in three different cultures already and learned a lot from it. I born in Ecuador, lived in Spain and been in London for a while. I have learned a lot from each one of them and I apply it on my daily basis. When it comes at work I’m not different from my daily life. I am a really crystal person. I really enjoy working face to the customers because I get to know more people (I libe socialising) and I usually make someone else smile. I am a really responsible person and genuinely care about others, due my team work is always good. I find really easy to communicate to others in the work environment, and I always ask manager for help if needed. I love improvement and I consider myself a person who is always seeking how to become a better version of myself in every different aspect of my life; at the end of the day it helps me a lot to be focused when I’m working to give a 100% of myself. Learning is my favourite word and even though I just started in the bartender world I hust love the fact of learning new staff. I genuinely belive that a cocktail can make someone’s day better just like the smile that comes with it. I have been working in three different places and even though I haven’t stay long I kept the best out of every place. Each of them teached me something different about work environment and gave me the experience I need to start from cero in a new place.
