I was recently employed as a Mixologist and then promoted to Bar manager in a busy Cork city bar in Ireland. I crafted cocktail menus and also created cocktails for specific events / seasons. previously employed as a Bar man/ Mixologist in a four star hotel with a bar and fine dinning restaurant. Graduated with a merit in " Hotel Management" also awarded a "B" in The European Bartender school based in Madrid along with a "Yellow level" from WFA. competed in the monkey Shoulder ultimate bartender competition in Glasgow, Scotland and placed 6th Experience in the entertainment industry as a dj, in pyrotechnics and also in event planning.
