Taking a gap year after college I worked at a local restaurant where they gave me an opportunity to work behind the bar. It was there I discovered I loved the creativity and skill of bartending and decided I wanted to build a career mixing great drinks for appreciative customers. I love to travel so I headed to EBS Sydney and with that done, I'm super keen to get behind a bar again, put my new skills into practice and get on with the next stage of my career
