My sociable nature, my strong interest for the service as well as the human relations naturally took me towards the job of bartender which answers all my professional and personal expectations and allows me to obtain a true development
My first experience as bartender in Paris in a bar and nightclub, allowed me to discover a dynamic, technical and relational profession that immediately convinced me to persevere in this area. This group in which I worked for 5 months introduced me to the conception of cocktails, a new work rhythm and a customer relationship different from what I knew before. In order to evolve in skills, I moved for the winter season for 5 months in the French Alps in order to discover other facets of the world of catering and strengthen my skills in service and bartending. After 10 months in this new professional life, I was more than ever sure of wanting to evolve and become a professional bartender. It was therefore essential for me to join the EBS School in order to acquire a maximum of theoretical and practical knowledge and give me every chance to succeed in this exciting world of bartending.
