Since the age of 16 I have been in the hospitality industry, ever since my first job I have become obsessed with trying to learn as much as I can about all aspects of the job. Over the last 18 months I have become incredibly passionate about being a cocktail Barman, I left my job at my previous restaurant to work at a professional cocktail bar, in which I have learned so much! I pride myself on having a very friendly personality which allows me to get along with all members of a team, which makes the job that much more enjoyable!
