I am a bartender graduated from the European Bartender School with 6 year of hospitality experience in local bar such as La Chamade and big resorts like Belambra Clubs Selection. This experience has provided me with thorough knowledge of both classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, spirits and mixed drinks but also serving techniques, free pouring and jigger skills, speed mixing, working and exhibition flair. Having worked in a bar in Belgium, I have developed my customer service and cocktail making skills both in high-volume establishments and small local eateries.
