Hello, I'm Nikola.

I am a very energetic person that loves working with people on social events. I am an open person, very approachable and love to create different drinks with various flavors. Still, my favorite drink is a glass of quality wine.

I have started working in hotels and restaurants when I was 16 and have not stopped since. 2 years ago I worked as a bartender and a waiter at beach bars of a hotel resort on coast of Croatia. There is where I learned the basics of managing a bar, while providing a proper service to our guests. Last summer I have worked in a fine dinning restaurant called Locanda Blu in a small town called Rovinj on the coast of Croatia. I worked there as a head bartender and learned how to create drink menus and manage invetory and supplies, while providing a superb service to our guests. I am a quick learner and adaptable to any situation while staying calm and focused. I never back out of a challenge or a new possiblity to learn something and enhance my knowledge and skills.
