

Hello, I'm Ingimar.
From a carpenter to bartender, with an unclenching thirst for knowledge.
I was first hired to construct the interior of a restaurant in Geneva, and later on offered a position as their head bartender. Since then I found my second home, and my passion for the craft has only grown. From there I was offered a management position at an Oyster & Wine bar which I did learn a lot from but discovered I do much more prefer the challenge of crafting cocktails and the atmosphere and energy in cocktail bars, so I set myself a goal of becoming a specialist.
