I produce the signature card of cocktails and wines from your bar or restaurant in harmony with the ingredients of your dishes, your design and the musical atmosphere. Particularly effective for classics cocktails focused of fine alcohols, creations with beer and creations with wines, champagnes or original liqueurs from France. I am looking for temporary assignments in any establishment in and outside Europe to constitute your singularity and advise you in the constitution of your cellar with local or international products. Also accepts classic Bartender positions to enhance my bar practice experience.
