Hello, I'm Birk.
A hard-working, happy, creative and hungry-for-knowledge twentyseven year-old, currently living in Sweden and studying for my masters at University. Bartender, and with a burning passion for Mixology and tickeling your tastebuds.
Been working at Gretas bar- and LGBTQAI+-nightclub in Gothenburg since after graduating from EBS Madrid at the end of April in 2018. It teached me to work high-speed in a magical, but also very responsibilty-craving enviroment. Has also worked at at Falun and Rättvik bowling and krog (nightclub as well) as a bartender and bar instructor, parallel with university studies in north of Sweden for one and a half year. Also worked as a cocktail bartender at fine dining Blackstone Steakhouse in Falun, Sweden between 2019 and 2021, and in between I spent the summer of 2021 on Gotland as a mixologist and bartender for Surflogiet at Tofta Strand.
