

Hello, I'm Jelle.
I am a driven person with 8 years of experience in restaurants. Right now I'm looking for a job to fullfill my passion and maybe take it to the next step.
When I was 14 I started cleaning rooms in a small hotel as my first job. I cleaned dishes in restaurants, etc. Afterwards I went to a catering school where I learned to cook and to serve. And so I worked in several restaurants, worked my way up until I worked in a Michelin star restaurant. Then I went to study hotel management. This is where I thought I had enough of Food and Berverage departments. So I went to work at reception desks of hotels. I became night auditor and moved on to the accounting department. That's when I realised that I missed the F&B, so I went back to the bar this time, and did my bartender school with EBS.
