Hello, I'm Valeria.
I am an enthusiastic rousing woman from Sardinia. With my strong, open personality and the effect my interaction has on people, I always knew my place was meant to be behind a busy bar infront of guests, working aside of skilled people.
- Can work well under pressure – Daily proven whilst working in some of the most busy venues of Be At One Cocktailbars in Central London; maintaining a high quality speedy service during Happy Hour. - Good customer service skills – Creating a unique guest experience is my main goal at work. Several regular guests I created and who kept coming back to our bar can vouch for that. - Excellent organisational skills – Voluntary I have been responsible for co-ordinating educational and recreational activities for 14-17 year old guys on a weekly basis and in summer camps. As well at work I constantly feel a need of structure, which reflects in initiative to manage and help the team. - Team atmosphere has always been important to me, therefor my aim is always to structure and organize the Team as efficient as possible.
