Can work well under pressure – Proven when previously worked as a waitress during very busy times and still maintained a good service. Excellent organizational skills – Have been responsible for co-ordinating educational and recreational activities for 14-19 year old. Good customer service skills – When I was a waitress I always provided a professional yet friendly service and listened to customer’s needs. Excellent team skills as well as being able to work well on my own. Very good numeracy skills. Fluent in Italian as well as good English – reading, writing, speaking. Good IT skills – specifically MS Office. European driver’s license.
